STANDARD DELIVERY WITHIN AUSTRALIA

We offer FREE DELIVERY on all orders over $89 on standard delivery Australia-wide or $7.90 on standard delivery. 

All orders shipped from Sydney, Australia. Estimated standard delivery times to Australian metropolitan areas are as follows:

  • New South Wales: 1-2 business days;
  • Queensland: 2-3 business days;
  • Victoria: 3-4 business days;
  • Other Australian metropolitan areas: 5-6 business days.

EXPRESS DELIVERY

Express shipping is available at a $17.90 flat rate.

Express shipping in New South Wales is generally delivered on the next business day and 1-2 working days for most metropolitan areas in another state in Australia.

 

GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION

All orders will be provided with a tracking number and confirmation the order has left BLOSSOMY via email.

Tracking and notification service may be affected by technical problems and telecommunication network coverage. We may provide your email or phone number to a third party to provide notification of tracking events to you as the addressee.

Please note that the cost of postage is non-refundable once shipped.

Please allow 24-48 hours for orders to be processed before they are dispatched. If you need a rush delivery and your order is critical, please contact us to discuss your options.

Upon ordering your flowers you will receive a confirmation email.

Once the flowers are made and are on route you will also receive a follow-up email. This will contain an estimated time of delivery.

There will also be a link, this will take you to the carrier web page for your parcel, where you can stay up-to-date on the status of your order.

We are unable to deliver parcels at specific times. This is because deliveries are made by our courier partners and the delivery time is often based on the route that your driver is allocated on the day.

WHAT HAPPENS IF THE RECIPIENT IS NOT HOME FOR DELIVERY?

If no one is home, parcels are often left in a safe place. This can be with a reception, concierge otherwise a calling card will be left at the delivery address for the recipient to contact the courier and re-arrange delivery.

  

DO YOU DELIVER TO BUSINESS ADDRESSES?

Yes, our couriers will deliver to business addresses. However, please note that we’re not responsible for ensuring the exact recipient receives the delivery, as courier drivers may often deliver to reception or lobbies. This also applies to hotels.

DO YOU DELIVER TO HOTELS?

Yes, we will deliver the flowers to the reception. But please check with the hotel before sending flowers as some hotels may not accept customer deliveries. Please make sure they take on the responsibility to ensure the flower is given to the recipient.

DO YOU DELIVER TO HOSPITALS?

Yes, but please check with the hospital before sending flowers. Some hospitals do not accept deliveries of fresh flowers. We are unable to offer compensation if the hospital refuses delivery. Please make sure they also take on the responsibility to ensure the flowers are given to the recipient.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

At present, we only deliver within Australia.  However, never say never.

DO NOT WATER THE PRESERVED ROSES

Preserved roses look and feel just like recently cut fresh roses, but they cannot be exposed to water in any form. Do not water or spray perfume as it will immediately damage the roses. Preserved roses may endure up to three years without being watered.

KEEP FLOWERS COOL & DRY ENVIRONMENT

Keep them out of humid rooms and away from ventilation grilles. Excess humidity will decrease the life of preserved flowers. Avoid exposing them to environments that accelerate their degradation.

 

TO CLEAN, USE A DRY, COOL AIR STEAM

Keep the roses clean. Preserved roses can last up to 3 years and inevitably will retain some dust. The best way to clean preserved flowers is to use a hairdryer. Set on the lowest speed with cool air. For sturdier arrangements, you can use a feather duster.

 

 

KEEP INDOOR AND AWAY FROM SUNLIGHT

Keep them out of direct sunlight and away from bright lights as this may cause the flowers to fade. With the help of innovative technology, preserved roses are re-colourized during the process of preservation after absorbing a special liquid that, little by little, replaces their sap and water. Extended exposure to direct sunlight may result in colour loss.

 

DO NOT REMOVE FLOWER ARRANGEMENT

The flower arrangement is safe in its box or display glass. Do not take it out. Do not press, bend or squash the petals and stems as they are delicate. The natural oils in your hands can damage the flowers and shorten their shelf-life. Don’t forget that preserved roses are natural flowers, so handle them with care.
